Information and data in relation to credit card payments is processed by Stripe on a secure website linked to ours and they have their own privacy policy.

We keep your personally identifiable information confidential and do not share it with outside parties for any purpose, including selling, trading or transferring it. We will only share information with third party vendors with your direct consent. For example, if You requested us to connect You with a third party vendor or to purchase services from a third party vendor on their behalf in connection with their booking (e.g., an insurance provider or activities provider), then this information may be shared with the third party to coordinate booking.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

Should you book with us, you will receive communication from us regarding your stay including directions, check-in and check-out information, rules, confirmations, and other information to help you with your stay. If you opt-out of marketing communications you may inadvertently limit your access to booking emails. To ensure this doesn’t happen, you may wish to wait until after your stay to opt-out of marketing communications.
