Living Space
On the first floor, the estate’s grand entryway leads directly to a spacious living area with plenty of seating for your group to enjoy the massive wood-burning fireplace and long-range views of the mountains through floor-to-ceiling windows.
The fully outfitted modern kitchen is spacious enough for several cooks to prepare even the most elaborate meals. Multiple dining options include bar seating in the kitchen and a large family dining room. At one end of the kitchen is a separate seating area with a breakfast table, fireplace and large screen TV.
Additional cooking and dining options can be found outside including a propane grill and pizza oven with an outdoor dining table for 16 with exceptional mountain views.
Bedrooms
The seven-bedroom home sleeps up to 16 in two king en suites, two additional king bedrooms, two queen bedrooms and a double twin room that can be set as two twins or one king.
The easy-to-access first-floor king suite has a private fireplace, a large flat-screen TV, and a walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom features double sinks, and a large steam shower as well as an amazing soaking tub for end-of-the-day bubble baths. For those with little ones, a nursery has a crib and changing table. French doors open to the deck.
The six additional sleeping spaces include four bedrooms on the second floor with another king ensuite, king and queen bedrooms, and a kids’ room with double twins that can be set as two twins or one king. The remaining king and queen bedrooms are accessed by a spiral staircase on the third floor. All seven bedrooms include, 600 thread count cotton sheets and pillowcases and plenty of blankets and pillows.
The bathrooms in the home include a master bath in the first floor suite as well as a powder room on the first floor. The second-floor has a private bath in the king suite and a jack & jill bath between the king and queen bedroom. There is a separate full bathroom on this floor as well. The third floor does not have a bathroom. Bathrooms include plush towels and bathrobes, boutique toiletries, and hair dryers.
