We understand your vacation is unique, so if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us directly by phone or email when booking.

Minimum stays depend on the season and availability. Typically, we require at least a 3 night stay with up to 7 night minimums during certain seasons and locations.

Cancel at least 90 days prior to your arrival date and receive a full refund. After that, it is non-refundable. We suggest purchasing Trip Insurance to protect you.

We want our guests to have an amazing vacation and are truly dissapointed when something happens that is beyond our control, such as an illness or bad weather; however, we do not offer refunds.  We encourage you to purchase trip insurance to protect you in the event of an emergency that causes you to cancel or depart early.   

The minimum age requirement is 25 years old and the person who books and guarantees the rental must be present during the stay.

Check-in is at 4:00 pm. Check-out time is strictly 10:00 am.

Check out requirements vary between our mountain and beach homes. Typically we require guests to place used towels on the bathroom floor, load the dishwasher and start it, empty all the trash to the bins, move all furniture back to their original locations and lock all doors and windows.
Each home has a maximum occupancy listed on the rental agreement. Each guest’s name must be listed on the rental agreement.
Smoking is prohibited inside the house. If the Guest or the Guest’s family, guests or invitees smoke outside of the house, cigarette butts must be disposed of and must not be allowed to litter the Property.
If there is an emergency, Call 911! For maintenance emergencies, you are provided a 24/7 maintenance dispatch phone line.
All of our homes have free wi-fi available. Keep in mind some of our homes are in a rural location therefore phone signal and high-speed internet strength may not be as good as in urban areas.

We strive to provide a comfortable and hassle-free stay, but we can’t be held accountable for weather or other unexpected events outside of our control.  No refunds for events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or illness. We strongly suggest buying trip insurance for protection in case of cancellations or early departures due to natural disasters or other significant events.  Trip insurance may offer reimbursement for non-refundable amounts.
