Welcome to Beaver Cabin, a private mountain getaway set in an authentic log cabin. With mountain views, almost any amenity you could dream of and close proximity to downtown Asheville, this newly remodeled, 4,500 sq ft cabin makes for the perfect vacation getaway.
Professionally designed and renovated with modern amenities and cozy furnishings and decor plus tons of crowd-pleasing extras, this magnificent home is a vacation in itself.
Beaver Cabin is a private mountain getaway set in an authentic log cabin. With mountain views, almost any amenity you could dream of, and close proximity to downtown Asheville. The Beaver Cabin experience includes amenities that will make you feel at home, warm log cabin charm, and unparalleled privacy.
As you enter Beaver Cabin, you are greeted with a beautifully crafted authentic log home. Outfitted with hardwoods and floor-to-ceiling tongue and groove walls, the rustic elegance will make you feel right at home. The entryway leads to a large, newly renovated kitchen, outfitted with anything you would need to cook a gourmet meal. The dining area, with custom built-in seating, can accommodate up to 14.
The cozy family room has a wood-burning stone fireplace, flat-screen TV, ample seating, and mountain views off the back window. Off the living area, are two of the cabin’s bedrooms, each equipped with a king bed set. The two king suites share a newly redone full bath.
Continuing up the stairs, the upper level of the cabin houses 3 other bedrooms and a kid’s play area. Two of the bedrooms have king bed sets and share a fully renovated Jack and Jill bathroom, which serves as the upper level’s bathroom. The 3rd has two twin beds. There is also a play area, with seating, books and games!
Continuing back down the stairs, you’ll find Beaver Cabin’s lower level. You will find an 800 sq ft game room, with skee ball, shuffleboard, bubble hockey, darts, pop-a-shot basketball, and an assortment of arcade games. There is also pub seating around the room and another wood burning stone fireplace.
The lower level also houses the cabin’s final two bedrooms. One is an oversized king suite, the other a cozy queen bedroom. They share a brand new full bath. If you’d like to make some popcorn, relax, and catch a movie, there is also a 9-seat cinema, with authentic theatre style carpet and seating, and an 86” TV. Near the west exit of the lower level, there is also an oversized steam room which leads to the outdoors and other spa features of the house.
As specular as the interior is, the true beauty of Beaver Cabin can only be experienced from the outdoor living areas. Directly off the lower level, and in close proximity to the steam room, you will find both an oversized hot tub and barrel sauna.
There is an abundance of both deck and patio space outside to enjoy. Sit around our gas burning firepit, roast marshmallows, and take in the mountain views. Or, enjoy a dinner outside with outdoor dining for 16, cooked on either our grill or outdoor pizza oven.
Further down the property, you’ll find a wood burning fire pit. Gather around in the comfortable seating and build a bonfire with the entire group. The flat area beyond the house also serves as an event space for weddings, with mountain views in the backdrop.
